Reserve your consultation with a $50 Booking Fee. Refundable only when canceled at least 24 hours in advance by phone with a refund request. If you attend your consultation, the fee is non-refundable but may be applied toward your next treatment. All other purchases are non-refundable.

Booking Fee Policy

The $50 Booking Fee is refundable only if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

To receive a refund, you must call our office to cancel your appointment and request your refund.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice but do not request a refund, your $50 will remain on your account as a credit and can be applied toward a future appointment.

If you attend your consultation, the $50 Booking Fee becomes non-refundable.

Should you decide to move forward with treatment, the $50 Booking Fee may be applied toward your next treatment or service, as determined by Silicon Valley Aesthetics.

Missed appointments, late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice), and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the Booking Fee.

Refund Policy

All consultation booking fees are subject to the policy above.

All other products, services, prepaid packages, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases are non-refundable in accordance with our office policy.
